Bell Australia Trust

The Bell Australia Trust is a US Domiciled Trust organised under New Hampshire law to provide US investors with direct unhedged exposure to Australian Equities through a portfolio of ASX listed securities. The investment objective of the Trust is to outperform the benchmark, the S&P/ASX 300 Accumulation Index, over rolling 4-year periods. The Bell Australia Trust has a consistent track record of outperformance over all major time periods since inception in 1999.

Investment in the Bell Australia Trust is suitable for US investors including employee benefit plans, governmental plans, foundations and other taxable and tax-exempt entities. Each investor must be an "accredited investor" within the meaning of Rule 501(a) under the Securities Act, and a "qualified purchaser" within the meaning of Section 2(a)(51) of the Investment Company Act.
