Bell International Trust
The Bell International Trust is a US Domiciled Trust organised under New
Hampshire law to provide US investors with direct unhedged exposure to a
portfolio of equity securities listed on recognised international stock exchanges.
The investment objective of the Trust is to outperform the benchmark, the
MSCI World Index, over rolling 4-year periods.
Investment in the Bell International Trust is suitable for US investors
including employee benefit plans, governmental plans, foundations and other
taxable and tax-exempt entities. Each investor must be an "accredited investor"
within the meaning of Rule 501(a) under the Securities Act, and a "qualified purchaser"
within the meaning of Section 2(a)(51) of the Investment Company Act.
