Throughout her 20 year career, Xanthe has held a variety of client facing positions across a range of products and asset classes including equity derivatives, hedge funds and structured products.

Xanthe commenced her career with Bankers Trust and prior to joining Bell Asset Management was previously with Macquarie Bank where her most recent position was Division Director, Head of Wholesale, Key Accounts and Research.
