Katrina Lee
Global Equities Analyst
Katrina Lee is a Global Equities Analyst at Bell Asset Management, responsible for research coverage predominantly within the Healthcare and Consumer sectors. She also plays a key role in the firm’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives, collaborating with Portfolio Manager Matt Saddington to enhance ESG integration within the investment process.
Joining Bell in January 2024 as an Investment Associate, Katrina was promoted to Global Equities Analyst in mid-2025 after successfully transitioning to covering her own stocks.
Prior to joining the firm, Katrina worked at Vesparum Capital, an independent capital markets advisory firm, where she advised listed and unlisted growth-stage companies on capital raising and investor relations. She began her career at ANZ Banking Group within the private banking team.
Katrina holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and the CFA’s Sustainable Investing Certificate.
