Prior to Bell Asset Management, Tim joined Tyndall Asset Management in 1997, where he spent the entirety of his investment career prior to joining Bell Asset Management. Over his time at Tyndall, Tim held research responsibilities across almost all sectors of the Australian market, progressing to Head of Australian Equities. He was Co-Portfolio manager of the Tyndall Concentrated Strategy for 15 years from 2007 to 2022, before establishing and co-managing the Tyndall Small Companies Strategy from its inception.

Prior to his investment career, Tim worked as a Chartered Accountant, providing financial reporting, tax and general business advisory services across a range of industries, before entering investment management.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Economics, is a CFA Charterholder and was previously qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
