Christine Feldmanis is an experienced Non-Executive Director, with an executive career of over 25 years in the financial services industry, in both the private and public sectors.

Christine works as a full time independent non-executive Director; and in this capacity she is a board member and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committees of Omni Bridgeway Ltd (ASX: IMF), Utilities Trust Australia and FIIG Securities Ltd. Christine is also a non-executive director of Bell Financial Group Ltd and Rabobank Australia Ltd.

Christine’s executive roles included Managing Director of Treasury Group Investment Services Ltd and prior to that was CFO at NSW TCorp, the central financing body for the state of NSW. Previously, Christine held senior executive positions with firms including Deloitte, Elders Finance and Bankers Trust.

Christine is also an independent compliance committee member for a number of specialist AFS licensees in the funds management sector.

Christine brings independence and a deep working experience of the requirements of investment management businesses, spanning governance & compliance, investment, finance, operational and risk management.
