Rachel first joined Bell Asset Management ("BAM") in 2001 for four years and again in 2007. Prior to re-joining BAM, Rachel worked at GSJBW Asset Management, Melbourne as Manager, Trade Administration and Corporate Actions and at UBS Wealth Management, Melbourne, working with both the front and back offices on a quality improvement programme.

Rachel has experience in a variety of Back and Middle Office roles including operations, performance reporting, system implementation, compliance and product development. Rachel is responsible for overseeing both the Investment Operations (trade support and settlement, corporate actions, reconciliations, front office reporting, system maintenance and projects) and Client Reporting (GIPS, performance reporting and the client reporting) functions at BAM.

Rachel obtained her Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) degree from Charles Darwin University.
